Developed in cooperation with professional racing teams, we worked with the factory racing team to create a concept that would improve performance by reducing weight without compromising the strength of the existing handlebars. Every time you accelerate, brake, turn, or jump, you're struggling with the weight of the motorcycle. By reducing the weight, the motorcycle's performance can be enhanced in all these aspects, ultimately shortening the lap time.

The 1-1/8" handlebars feature sturdy support bars and integrated foam pads, making them a favorite design among many riders, especially those accustomed to using cross supports. This design provides increased stiffness while offering comfort.

Made using sandblasting and anodizing technology, the handlebar boasts a gorgeous anodized surface and is incredibly light, with no dents or control lines. The ARGON-ARC professional welding technology ensures that the handlebar will not break or bend significantly during riding, greatly ensuring the rider's safety.

The knurled control on the grip end enhances the combination of the pull rod and the grip, while the throttle position adopts a softer design, improving the feeling and sensitivity of the riding experience. The handlebar is very easy to install.

Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum, the handlebar offers impressive high-precision dimensions: a clamping area of 1 1/8" (28.575mm), a grip area of 7/8" (22.225mm), a width of 31.5", a reinforcing rib of 15.7", a rise of 2.95", a height of 4.9", and a middle crossbar of 6.7". This handlebar is suitable for most off-road motorcycle brands, including CRF, YZF, KXF, KLX, RMZ, and DRZ.

The handlebar is made of 7003 metal, a composite of steel and aluminum alloy, which is stronger than 6061-T6 aluminum. The 1-1/8" handlebar is bent enough to eliminate impact and reduce rider fatigue, making it suitable for all motocross applications.

The 1-1/8" pit bike handlebar is produced using the anodic oxidation process, resulting in an anodized surface that displays incredible light and bright color. The beads-blasted surface increases the handlebar's strength, and all parts are made of high-quality materials.
